十九世紀的歐洲迎來風起雲湧的浪漫主義，李斯特擁懷對文藝史的熱忱，音樂中注入文學傳統的濃厚表現力。雙鋼琴典範魏樂富、葉綠娜將呈現說唱劇《哀傷的僧侶》《雷諾蕊》及《列瑙〈浮士德〉》德文原典，展現語言韻律與音樂完美結合；更以四首歌劇編曲──莫札特《費加洛婚禮》幻想曲、貝里尼《諾瑪》之回憶、華格納《唐豪瑟》序曲、莫札特《唐璜》之回憶，探索歌劇史燦爛火光。
